City of Ash and Light
City of Ash and Light is built around contrast. A dark, fractured city sits beneath a sky filled with warmth and light, creating a tension between what feels damaged and what still remains hopeful. The heavy texture and layers give the city a worn, almost broken feeling, while the light pushes through above it. For me, the piece is about finding hope when things feel at their darkest, and the idea that even after difficult experiences, there can still be something ahead worth moving toward.
