Under the Weight of Time explores the quiet and unavoidable passage of time. A small house and barren trees sit beneath an oversized clock that hangs heavily in the sky, while long tree shadows stretch across an unreal landscape of orange, blue and purple hills.

At its heart, the painting reflects on how we live beneath the constant presence of time, carrying our memories, experiences and connections with us as we move through it.
